Office cleaning in Andorra: what we clean in offices and shops
An office gets dirty quietly. Fingerprints on the entrance glass, cups piling up in the kitchen, dust on the monitors, full bins on Monday morning. Nobody notices during the week, but a client walking in notices within seconds.
Shops have the same problem at the front: in Andorra the street brings dust, mud in winter and de-icing salt when it freezes. If the glass is smeared, the goods behind it look worse.
The answer is not one big clean a month. It is a fixed routine, the same tasks in the same order, handled by someone so you do not have to chase it. Each visit follows the task list and priorities you set for each premises in your client area. If time runs short, the cleaner follows your order of priorities. Typically:
- Workstations: desks, chairs, lamps and surfaces dust-free. We never move your papers; we clean around them.
- Floors: vacuuming and mopping of offices, corridors, reception and meeting rooms.
- Toilets: toilets, basins, mirrors, taps and floor, with extra attention to the most-touched points.
- Bins: emptied and relined.
- Doors, handles and switches: everything everyone touches several times a day.
- Customer area: counter, waiting chairs and entrance.
We also apply the Japanese 5S method: first remove what is not needed, then put everything back in its place, and only then clean. After a few weeks the office stays tidy with less effort.
By the hour and per person working, with a one-hour minimum. Recurring service is from €16.99/h (excl. IGI) and one-off service is €38.27/h (excl. IGI). On recurring visits, from 3 hours the rate drops €0.10/h for each hour from the third onward (3 h: -€0.10/h; 4 h: -€0.20/h), up to a maximum of 8 hours per visit.
Office extras: screens, kitchen, cups, shop front
Some tasks only make sense in a workplace. They are added to the hourly rate and you only pay for the ones you pick. All the figures are together on our business rates page.

When we supply the product (coffee, toilet paper, soap), it is charged separately at shop price and added to the monthly invoice. You never run out of paper on a Friday afternoon.
Evenings, nights and weekends
Cleaning while the office is full disturbs everyone: the vacuum interrupts calls and wet floors get in the way. That is why many companies prefer out of hours cleaning, before opening, after closing or at the weekend.
- Between 23:00 and 6:00 (regular service only): +€0.99/h (excl. IGI), only for the hours that fall in that window.
- Saturdays and Sundays (regular service only): +€0.99/h (excl. IGI), only for the hours worked on a Saturday or Sunday.
If nobody will be there, key custody lets us let ourselves in. Access must work: if we arrive and cannot get in because the key or alarm code fails, the visit is still invoiced. Check the alarm and codes before the first visit.
Everything is handled in writing from your client area: tasks, schedules, notes and incidents. The instructions on the premises sheet are the valid ones, so there are no crossed messages between several people in your company.
Fixed monthly fee
If you have two shops, an office and a storeroom, or one large space, paying visit by visit complicates the books. For companies, several premises or closed contracts we can agree a fixed monthly fee.
- You request it from your client area, under Management → Locations and rates.
- We review each premises, its hours and its extras.
- It is formalised in a separate document that you sign in the client area.
