Cleaning in Soldeu and El Tarter between stays

Many owners in Soldeu, El Tarter and Incles live abroad and rent their apartment or chalet to ski guests. In winter the problem is time: one group leaves in the morning and the next arrives in the afternoon with skis on their shoulders.

Between two stays we change the bed linen, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, wash the dishes, take out the rubbish and leave the living room ready. Boot areas and ski rooms get their own attention, because that is where water and grit build up. Incles is quieter and more residential, so it suits year-round homes, which we clean as regular house cleaning.

Opening and closing a chalet for the season

Many restored barns (bordas) and chalets in Canillo, in villages such as Ransol, Prats, El Forn or Meritxell, are used only in some seasons. When you come back you find dust on everything, a stale smell, insects on the windowsills and damp cupboards.

Before you arrive we do a deep clean before the season: we clean the kitchen and bathrooms, dust surfaces and beams, clean the windows and make the beds. At closing we wipe the surfaces and leave the house tidy for your next return. Tell us which tasks you need in the form.

• Opening: before the ski season or the summer.
• Closing: when the season ends.
• Between stays: if the chalet is rented out at weekends.

Snow, mud and salt at the door in Canillo

In a snowy winter, dirt comes in on your boots. Snow, mud and road salt leave white rings on parquet and stone.

We clean the entrance, hall and stairs and dry the floor well so no marks remain. In spring, when the snow melts, mud replaces salt. A regular clean through the cold months keeps the floors in good condition.

New-build flats

Canillo had the biggest relative rise in households in Andorra: 1,163 more between 2021 and 2025, up 42.9%, according to the Departament d'Estadística. Many are flats handed over with building dust, silicone residue in the bathrooms and sawdust in the window frames.

Nobody wants to move furniture into a home that still gives off fine dust. Before you move in, we do an after-builders clean: all dust vacuumed, windows, window tracks, cupboards inside, sanitaryware and floors. We follow the 5S method: first we remove what does not belong (packaging, tape, labels), then we clean from top to bottom so nothing already clean gets dirty again. You tell us the size, the number of rooms and the day you get the keys. This is a one-off job at €38.27/h (excl. IGI).

Getting to Canillo: the travel add-on

Canillo is spread out. When our cleaner cannot arrive on foot or by public transport and needs a car, a €0.99/h (excl. IGI) add-on applies to the regular service. The one-off rate already includes travel, materials and products. You will find it, with the other extras, on our price list.
