Engordany flats: a weekly cleaner you can trust
Engordany is where many people simply live their daily lives. Many are expat families who moved to Andorra for work and rent a flat. The problem is not one big clean a year. The flat gets dirty every day and Saturday disappears into catching up.
We send a cleaner for a regular house cleaning, with the same order of work on every visit. We follow the Japanese 5S method: first clear what does not belong on the surfaces, then put everything in its place, then clean. The flat ends up not just clean but tidy.
- Kitchen: worktops, hob, cabinet fronts and sink.
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower screen, taps and mirrors.

Shops on Avinguda Carlemany
Avinguda Carlemany continues Avinguda Meritxell on the other side of the Valira and holds much of the parish's retail, with the Illa Carlemany shopping centre as its landmark. A shop is judged by its window and its floor.
For shops and premises in this area we run shop cleaning outside opening hours, so we never get in the way of your customers. The work focuses on what people see when they walk in:
- Shop windows and glass doors, inside.
- The sales floor and entrance, where marks show most.
- Counter, fitting rooms and staff toilet.
- Back room tidied with 5S.

Shared areas in the second parish by households
Escaldes-Engordany is the second parish in Andorra by number of households: 6,986 at the end of 2025, according to the household statistics of the Departament d'Estadística. Many of those homes are in apartment buildings with a shared entrance, stairs and lift.
In a building, nobody is in charge and everybody notices: fingerprints in the lift, mud on the landing, dusty letterboxes. We clean entrances and stairs on a fixed route, at a frequency agreed with the administrator or the president of the residents' association.
