The most homes in a small area
Andorra la Vella has the most households of any parish in Andorra: 11,284 at the end of 2025, according to the household statistics of the Departament d'Estadística. It is also growing: in 2025 it gained 551 residents, the biggest increase in the country according to the same body.
All of that fits into about 12 km². The result is blocks of flats side by side in the centre, Santa Coloma, La Margineda and the Barri del Puial. Many residents work long days in the capital and have little time left for scrubbing a bathroom.
For them we offer flat cleaning every week, every two weeks or every month. We use the 5S method: first remove what is not needed, then put everything back in its place, then clean. That way the flat stays in order between visits instead of piling up.
- Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned thoroughly on every visit.
- Floors and dust as part of the routine.
- Hourly extras: ordinary windows, ironing, laundry or dishes.
If you are new to the country and unsure how it works here, our guide to hiring a cleaner in Andorra explains what to ask and what to expect.
City-centre offices
Andorra la Vella is the capital and the seat of the Consell General. It lives on commerce, banking and services, so the centre is full of small offices: accountants, advisers, clinics and branches.
Clients and cleaning do not mix. So we can schedule office cleaning before opening or after closing, with the same checklist on every visit: bins, desks, door handles, toilets and kitchenette.
If you run several floors or several premises in the parish, we can agree a fixed monthly fee instead of an hourly invoice. You ask in writing and we reply in writing.
Shops on Avinguda Meritxell
Avinguda Meritxell is the shopping axis of the parish. It carries on as Avinguda Carlemany once you cross the Valira, already in Escaldes-Engordany. Shops here have large windows that get dirty outside from the street and inside from customers' hands.
A smeared shop window is the first thing a customer sees. We can clean glass, counters and the shop floor before opening, so the shop is ready when the shutter goes up. If you only need the windows, there is also window cleaning as a one-off service. We also look after shops and homes in Sant Julià, down by the border.
Building entrances and stairwells follow the same logic. In winter, mud and road salt come in through the door and climb the stairs floor by floor. Tell us in the form which entrance, how many floors and how often, and the quote comes back in writing.
Parking in the centre
Parking can be a cost in a busy centre. When your cleaner has to leave the car in a paid car park near your flat or shop, a parking add-on of €0.49/h (excl. IGI) applies to the regular service (the one-off rate already includes it).
If parking nearby is free, nothing is charged. Mention it in the form and it will be clear in the quote.
Recurring from €16.99/h (excl. IGI). One-off €38.27/h (excl. IGI). One-off: travel, materials and products included. Paid parking on the recurring service, if needed: +€0.49/h (excl. IGI). Customising the service (frequency, extras, materials, time) changes the final price according to what you choose, and you see it in the quote before booking.
To get started, fill in the contact form. It takes two minutes and we reply in writing with your quote.
