Cleaning large premises in Sant Julià de Lòria: a fixed monthly fee
Towards the Spanish border you find large shops and commercial premises. A large shop has a very specific problem: the floor gets dirty in full view of customers, and it cannot be cleaned while the shop is busy.
So we work before opening or after closing. If needed, we also come at night, from 23:00 to 6:00, or at weekends. Our commercial cleaning covers floors, toilets, the staff area and the kitchenette. As an extra, we clean the street door and the shop window, which is the first thing a customer sees.
Paying by the hour does not always suit a big space or a company with several units. In those cases we agree a fixed monthly fee: you know what you pay every month and we organise the visits.
We use the 5S method in a shop too. First we clear what should not be in the way, then everything goes back to its place, and only then do we clean. That keeps the premises tidy between visits.
A fixed monthly fee can be agreed for companies, large surfaces, several units or closed contracts.
Flats in town
The centre of Sant Julià, around the Casa Comunal and the church of Sant Julià i Sant Germà, is where most families live. The parish keeps growing: 188 more residents in 2025, according to the Departament d'Estadística.
A flat with children and two people working all week piles up laundry, dishes and floors waiting to be done. Our regular house cleaning fits that: every week, every two weeks or every month, from 1 to 8 hours per visit. You can add ironing, laundry, a change of bed linen or having us take out the rubbish. Weekly visits carry no surcharge.
For a flat you are handing back, renting out or leaving after years, ask for a one-off deep clean at €38.27/h (excl. IGI). If your shop has a lot of glass, our window cleaning can be done in the same visit as the floor.
Village homes: Fontaneda, Juberri, Nagol and Aixovall
Sant Julià climbs from the valley up to 2,600 metres. Above the town there are small, separate villages: Aixovall by the Pont d'Aixovall, Bixessarri on the way to Os de Civís, Auvinyà, Juberri, Fontaneda with Sant Miquel and Nagol with Sant Serni.
Homes here are bigger, with stairs, terraces and entrances where mud builds up. Getting there needs a car, and we plan our route accordingly. If you are away part of the year, you can leave us the keys so the team can come in without anyone waiting at home.
In a village house we usually start with the entrance and the stairs, where the dirt comes in, and finish in the kitchen and bathrooms. On the form you drop a pin on the map, so the team reaches the right door even if the street has no familiar name.
