Arinsal and Pal in ski season
Looking for a cleaner in Arinsal for the winter? Every ski season, Arinsal and Pal fill up with visitors and seasonal workers. Pal Arinsal is the second ski area in Andorra, with around 63 km of slopes between 1,500 and 2,560 m, and the two sectors are linked by cable car. Each checkout leaves an apartment with wet ski boots in the hallway, towels on the floor and unmade beds, and the next group arrives a few hours later.
The hard part is not cleaning: it is doing the whole flat, the same way every time, on schedule. For that we use the Japanese 5S method. First we remove what does not belong (used clothes, rubbish, things guests leave behind), then everything goes back to its fixed place, and finally we clean from top to bottom with the same checklist at every visit. A flat in Arinsal looks the same on a February Saturday as on a March Tuesday.

Bars and restaurants after closing
La Massana's economy is mostly services: hospitality, restaurants, leisure and sport. A bar in the centre of the parish or a restaurant in Arinsal cannot mop the floor with customers inside. We arrive when the kitchen is off and the chairs are up.
We do commercial cleaning at the hour your business needs: bar, kitchen, staff area, toilets, the shop window and the street door. Hours that fall at night or at the weekend carry night and weekend rates, which apply only to those hours and never to the whole service:

Family flats in La Massana and Sispony
La Massana is not only about the season. The parish keeps growing: 249 more residents between March 2025 and March 2026, according to the Departament d'Estadística. Many are families living in Sispony, Anyós, Escàs, L'Aldosa or the main village, who work elsewhere in Andorra during the week.
With those working days, the house waits for the weekend. That is why many families book house cleaning every week, on the same day and with the same person, who already knows where everything goes. Weekly adds nothing to the base rate from €16.99/h (excl. IGI); every two weeks adds €0.49/h and monthly adds €0.99/h.
Cleaning inside a home adds €0.49/h (excl. IGI). If we need a car to reach you, as can happen in villages such as Erts or Xixerella, that adds €0.99/h (excl. IGI). Ironing or large dogs at home are extras too, and you will see every one in writing before we start. The same applies to the stone and timber houses in neighbouring Ordino, which we also look after.
