Regular and one-off rates
You pay per hour, per person. There are two rates, depending on how often we come.

The regular rate is for anyone who wants weekly house cleaning or a regular clean of a shop or studio. Choosing it means a minimum of 4 sessions, each in a different week. If you don't reach 4, all hours are charged at the one-off rate. The one-off rate suits a single date, such as a deep cleaning before you move into a flat or after guests have left.
The minimum is one billed hour. We recommend 2 to 4 hours per visit, and the maximum is 8 hours.
Extras per hour
Every extra is added to the hourly rate, and you pay only for those you ask for. All amounts are per hour and exclude IGI.

These materials extras apply to the regular service: the one-off rate already includes materials and products. Paper, soap, coffee and other items we restock are charged separately at shop price. If we use your equipment and it is in poor condition, we cannot answer for the result.

Timing extras are for regular service only and apply only to the hours that fall in that slot or at the weekend; the one-off carries none. Weekly frequency adds nothing.
Discounts for more hours and days
The more hours you book, the cheaper each one gets. Regular service only: the one-off is a fixed price with no discounts or extras. There are two rules:
- More hours in the same visit: from 3 hours, €0.10/h comes off the price of all hours for each hour from the third onward: 3 hours is -€0.10/h, 4 hours is -€0.20/h, 5 hours is -€0.30/h, and so on up to 8 hours.
- More days in a weekly service: each additional day per week takes €0.10/h off. Two days a week means -€0.10/h.
Longer visits and a fixed routine make the work easier to organise, so they cost less per hour. It is the same logic of order behind the 5S method that Sojiya brings to every home.

These calculations use only the rates and rules on this page, excluding IGI. A month is counted as 4 weeks.

What is not charged
- Travel on foot or by public transport within Andorra.
- Parking when it is free.
- Weekly frequency.
- Social security registration (CASS), occupational risk cover and civil liability insurance: all included in the hourly rate.
